• Prop provision for photoshoots and events
• Consultation on costume selection
• Fitting services

3. User Obligations

Users of our service agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations
• Handle all rented items with care and return them in their original condition
• Pay all rental fees and deposits as specified
• Return items by the agreed-upon date and time
• Compensate for any damage or loss of rented items

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Zywutey.com, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Zywutey.com. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit written permission.

5. Liability Limitations

Zywutey.com's liability is limited to the rental fee paid by the user. We are not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents during the use of rented items
• Allergic reactions to materials
• Lost photography opportunities
• Consequential or indirect damages

6. Rental Policies

All rentals are subject to:

• Minimum rental period of 24 hours
• Security deposit requirement
• Advance reservation and payment
• Late return fees of 20% of rental price per day

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies include:

• Full refund if cancelled 72 hours before rental date
• 50% refund if cancelled 48-72 hours before rental date
• No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before rental date

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Initial informal negotiation
• Mediation if necessary
• Binding arbitration as a last resort

9. Modifications to Terms

Zywutey.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

• Subletting or transferring rented items
• Using items for illegal purposes
• Modifying or altering rented items
• Making commercial use of photos featuring our items without permission

User data collection and processing comply with applicable data protection laws. Personal information is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
